Privacy Policy: None of the information collected in emails, orders, or in any other fashion will be sold or used in any way except to facilitate correspondence, or to fill orders. Your privacy is very important to me and I will guard it accordingly.
Payment: The preferred method of payment right now is paypal. If you don't wish to use pay pal, please contact me to make other payment arrangements. I will accept money orders and maybe checks with prior approval. However, your order will not be sent until the payment is received, and has cleared the bank. Please realize that this is in both of our best interests.
Shipping: The cost of shipping in the US only is included in all the prices. I will ship in the manner that is the best for your order, usually with delivery confirmation. If the amount is above a certain level, I may also add signature confirmation as well for security. If you are ordering from outside the USA, please email me first and I'll work with you on the shipping. You will, however, be charged for shipping, but only for the exact amount.
Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for store credit with prior authorization. I would prefer that this be within 30 days, but if you have special circumstances, just let me know. Just email me, and I'll send you directions on how to return the item. You are responsible for shipping it back to me. When I receive it, I will notify you of your in store credit.
Repairs: Repairs on items I have made will be done with free labor. A prior authorization is required to return the piece for repair. There may be a charge for missing or broken parts. Please email me and tell me about the problem and I will send you directions on how to return it for repair. All parts possible must be returned for repair. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
